Party Mermaid Records was born in 2020.
After years of playing in bands, we were tired of feeling frustrated by the music industry and decided to take matters into our own hands. We designed this indie label / feminist collective to allow artists to shine on their own terms. At PMR, artists keep the rights to their masters. Because that’s how it should be.
We also like the idea of being surrounded by like-minded individuals who lift each other up. Party Mermaid Records is community of supportive, creative people who believe in empowerment, optimism, visibility, and the healing power of rock n’ roll. You in?
